Halic Goldenhorn International Film Festival & Film Market
The Haliç Goldenhorn International Film Festival aims to encourage the development of Turkish cinema, contribute to its international promotion, and serve as a bridge for bringing high-quality productions to our country. At the same time, the festival seeks to create a new platform for cinema by supporting independent and creative productions.
Aiming to become one of the key centers of the cinema world in the Eurasian region, our festival brings together representatives of world cinema under one roof. In order to protect independent cinema, it provides a strong meeting ground to highlight the artistic power of storytelling across the globe and to share diverse cultures, perspectives, and knowledge.
With the support of our numerous community partners, we view independent cinema not only as an artistic endeavor but also as a cultural, economic, and educational asset, and we aim to create a sustainable cinema ecosystem in line with this vision.
